This policy explains what personal data Contracks Global collects when you use this website — including the delivery-control diagnostic and report — how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. The data we collect
Diagnostic responses
When you complete the delivery-control assessment, we collect the answers you give and the scores calculated from them, together with the context you provide (such as sector, programme value band, your role, delivery stage and your main concern).
Contact & report details
When you request your report or make an enquiry (Review, Workshop or Fractional Control), we collect your first name, work email address and the programme or organisation name you enter, along with your assessment result so we can personalise what we send you.
Booking details
If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the name, email and any details you submit to arrange the meeting.
Technical & usage data
Like most websites, we automatically receive limited technical data (such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed) and may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used. See Cookies below.
3. How we use it, and our legal bases
We only use your data where the GDPR allows it. In practice:

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have balanced those interests against your rights and freedoms. You can object at any time (see Your rights).
4. Marketing communications
If you opt in, we may email you occasional field notes and updates. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by emailing hello@contracks.global. We will never sell your data or share it for others' marketing.
5. Benchmarking
We use assessment responses to build anonymised, aggregated benchmarks (for example, typical maturity scores by sector and programme size). Once aggregated, this data no longer identifies you and is not used to contact you. Any benchmark figures shown in your report are indicative until our dataset reaches sufficient volume.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers ("processors") who help us run the site and our communications, under contracts that require them to protect it and use it only on our instructions:
- Netlify — website hosting and form submissions
- Cloudflare — domain, content delivery and security
- Zoho — email, contact management and marketing automation
- Calendly — call scheduling
- Metricool — website and social analytics
- Google / YouTube — videos embedded on the results page
We may also disclose data where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
7. International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards — typically the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, and equivalent measures. You can request more detail at hello@contracks.global.
8. How long we keep it
- Enquiry and contact data: while we are in contact and for [24] months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
- Marketing list: until you unsubscribe.
- Identifiable assessment responses: kept for [24] months; aggregated, anonymised benchmark data is kept indefinitely as it no longer identifies you.
- Booking data: retained according to our scheduling provider's settings.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict or object to how we process it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
To exercise any of these, email hello@contracks.global. We will respond within one month. The assessment score is generated automatically but is informational only — it does not produce any legal or similarly significant effect, and there is no automated decision-making of that kind.
10. Complaints
If you have a concern we have not resolved, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données / Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — dataprotectionauthority.be — or with the supervisory authority in your own country.
11. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary — to deliver the site securely and protect forms from spam.
- Analytics — to understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
- Embedded media — when you play a video, Google/YouTube may set cookies. We use the privacy-enhanced player where possible.
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
12. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, and we work only with providers who do the same. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we act promptly if we become aware of any breach affecting your data.
13. Children
This site and our services are intended for business professionals and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version, with its date, is always the one published on this page.
